PRESENTATION OF THE MECHANICAL ENGINEERIN DEPARTMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Mechanical Engineering department ex INGM “National Institute of Mechanical Engineering” is a former Algerian institute created in 1973 under the supervision of the Ministry of Heavy Industry.
In 1998, with the creation of the University of Boumerdes, the INGM became three departments of the Faculty of Technology: Industrial Maintenance Department, Mechanical Department and Energy Department. Then, and with the restructuring of the FSI in 2017 Order 567 of June 11, 2017, the Mechanical Engineering Department merged several departments of the FT.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Currently, a staff of eighty-five (85)<\/strong> permanent teachers\/researchers including 09 professors<\/strong>, 12 lecturer A<\/strong>, 21 lecturer B, 36 lecturer-assistants A<\/strong> and 06 lecturer-assistants B,<\/strong> provide training and supervision. of 1820 students<\/strong>.
With the advent of the LMD system, the department offers academic training (Bachelor’s and Master’s) distributed in the tables below:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
